[TYPO3-mvc] reflection cache - keep even if site cache is emptied?

hi, i have some problems with slow mysql queries. especially inserts and 
deletes.
it's all about tx_extbase_cache_reflection. INSERT INTO 
tx_extbase_cache_reflection  and DELETE FROM 
tx_extbase_cache_reflection. i speak about mysql queries which take 4.5 
seconds.
well, is there any way to exclude the reflection cache when i clear the 
site/page cache? what would be the disadvantage of doing so?
