[TYPO3-mvc] Setting storagePid in controller

No. We both were unhappy with setRespectStoragePageState() and 
setCheckVisibilityState(). But we didn't find an appropriate naming. 
Maybe someone could help us ;-).

We agreed on marking them as @internal until we find a better solution.
