[TYPO3-ttnews] tt_news and TV: the general_storage_pid

I have several installations where categories and TV templates are
stored in the same sysfolder. This is perfectly valid and works
well. I do not what can be the problem on your side :( I know that
it works ok here. And it always worked ok.
