[TYPO3-ttnews] tt_news and TV: the general_storage_pid

sure, there is no problem to store tv tempaltes and tt_news category i nthe same folder.

the problem comes when i NEED to split categories into several sysfolders.
since i use tt_news for several different things. articles, news, events..
each of them need its own categories and customization.
so i need to use the storage_pid to tell tt_news to use different categories
