[TYPO3-ttnews] AMENU shows non archived items

Hi,

I am puzzled with the AMENU; it shows up items for this month, when my days 
to archive is set to 30...
(Future items are excluded, that works well - just for test purposes, I 
tried that).

Here's my TS:

Constants:

plugin.tt_news.datetimeDaysToArchive = 30
plugin.tt_news.pid_list = 28
plugin.tt_news.singlePid = 30
plugin.tt_news.archiveTypoLink.parameter = 29
plugin.tt_news.backPid = 8
plugin.tt_news.useHRDates = 1

Setup:
# tt_news
plugin.tt_news {
  enableArchiveDate = 1
  archive = -1
  emptyArchListAtStart = 1
}

If somebody has a clue - that would be nice.
