[TYPO3-templavoila] sorting the TOs for using in the flexform

I noticed a very strange thing regarding this:

The first image is the untouched code of 1.4.2.
Notice that there is some functionality to sort the TOs but it does not 
have any effect.

At the second image i disabled the functionality completely by 
commenting it out and the effect is, that it is ordered correctly!

I did not digg any deeper into this but I guess it's a bug. Any oppinions?
