[TYPO3-templavoila] Hidden-Field for TOs

Since two weeks I play around with Ron Hall's TV Framework (awesome 
work, thanks Ron!) and I plan to present in my company soon.
A feature i'm missing (in TV itself) is to hide TO-Records. When I set 
up a new Website I want to disable all Page Templates and FCEs that are 
not needed due to the layout concept.
Of course I can disable TOs on a User/Usergroup base, but disabling TOs 
globally would definetly be an improvement.

Should I add an issue at TemplaVoila Bugtracker?
