[TYPO3-templavoila] Questions about the TV "Default template"

Hey Ian,

just created a quick patch for it so you can disable the default 
template through pageTSconfig. Haven't tested it yet, but if it works, 
I'll open up a BT issue. Maybe this'll come in the next templavoila release.
