[TYPO3-templavoila] problem with external urls ?

Hi there!

Im using typo3 4.0 cvs and templavoila cvs on my site and have noticed
a problem with external urls.
when you visit http://www.wh9.tu-dresden.de/ and then click on 
"Nutzerforum" in the left column the link is opened in a new window
(as it should [target=_blank]), but the redirection to the external
url (http://www.wh9.tu-dresden.de/phpBB2/) does not work.

As you can see at the bottom of this newly opened page the Header
"Location" is send to late...

now i wonder if it is a bug in templavoila or typo3 cvs ?
