[TYPO3-extbase-kickstarter] Extension Builder not showing up in Admin Menu?

Hi,

indeed there is a bug with FireFox 12 not showing the install buttons. If you use firebug to show the css-classes styling that area, you can simply delete the "margin: 20px;" definition on top of the rules :).

Hope this will be fixed soon :)

Sometimes the solution is so easy - and comes after posting for help...

This seems to be a Firefox problem with the Extension Manager which is not showing the install buttons.

The extension got imported but not installed.

After using the invisible install button the extension can be used as normal.
