[TYPO3-extbase-kickstarter] Extension Builder not showing up in Admin Menu?

Sometimes the solution is so easy - and comes after posting for help...

This seems to be a Firefox problem with the Extension Manager which is 
not showing the install buttons.

The extension got imported but not installed.

After using the invisible install button the extension can be used as 
normal.
