is this really necessary? i think for a dev-tool, you can demand the an 
up-to-date version of the framework.
i mean, we will generate code for the very last version of fluid/extbase 
as well, don't we? so extensions which are generated on systems with an 
outdated fluid version, won't run anyway.
Or did i get something wrong?
