[TYPO3-caretaker] Open bugs in latest SVN version

PS: I also updated an external website´s caretaker_instance and get the  
same results: Only the first blacklisted user is shown. If I change the  
ordering of the two users in the test definition and force a new test run,  
the other user is shown as being blacklisted.

So, the problem persists that only the first user in the list is shown as  
blacklisted.
