[TYPO3-caretaker] Open bugs in latest SVN version

Hmmm... I´m sure that I updated the instance from SVN before I tested  
first yesterday. Now, after having a look at the revision that was  
committed, I updated from SVN again, got revision 58256, and now it´s  
working as expected.

So, my apologies and thanks for the fix =)

btw: The problem with TYPO3_CONF_VARS is fixed, too.
