[TYPO3-caretaker] Version Test 4.x.latest does not fail

I saw the following response in the mail-archive, but i got no
response to my mail.!?

I've two scheduler tasks running and i guess they working.  The tests
"extension updates" and  "insecure extension" got propper results.
