[TYPO3-caretaker] Version Test 4.x.latest does not fail

Hello,

i try to use the Version test to check for the latest t3 installation.
If i configure the test with the Minimal allowed Version parameter
"4.5.lates" the test does not fail. If i use a  concrete version 4.5.6
or since today 4.5.7 the test is working and quit with an error for
lower instances.

So i guess my caretaker could not deternine the latest t3 version.

Is this an bug or have i forgotten a configuration?
