[TYPO3-caretaker] Version Test 4.x.latest does not fail

Hello,

i figured out what the problem was. I guess it is a bug. So i reportet
the issue on the caretaker wiki, in the following.
http://forge.typo3.org/issues/31084

It is about the Typo3 svn repository which is outdated.
