[TYPO3-BLE] Status report 2011-09-16: BE ExtJS migration and groundwork

✔ Migrate all code to the new class system, except code related to trees.
✔ Redefine module menu store using data model. The BE viewport, toolbar 
and module menu are now showing up, but the module menu is not yet 
working. The navigation and content frames are blank.

➜ Fix module menu.
➜ Migrate trees: the class structure for trees is much changed in ExtJS 
4, and trees must be defined using tree node stores.
➜ Consider getting rid of custom resizer. ExtJS 4 provides resizing on 
any component.
