[TYPO3-BLE] Status report 2011-09-15: RTE migration to ExtJS 4

ℹ  This report covers the period from 2011-09-09 to 2011-09-15

✔ Migrate all code to the new class system.
✔ Migrate all code to the new API for data models and data stores, combo 
boxes, panels, form layout, qtip markup, function deferral and 
interception, iframe creation, plugin invocation, query on containers, etc.
✔ Adapt css to new markup of RTE framework and toolbar and of some 
dialogue windows

♫ The migrated RTE framework is loading and basically working in FE 
using Firefox or Chrome. All buttons without dialogue are functional. 
Most dialogues are functional.

☠ Cannot test the RTE in BE until it is itself migrated. Hence, cannot 
test abbreviation, image and link browsers, contextual help, t3skin in 
BE, user settings, etc.

➜ Fix non-working dialogues: Edit element, Spell check
➜ Fix layout/styling of dropdown lists of combo boxes
➜ Fix some minor CSS issues
➜ Fix non-working context menu and adapt css to new markup
➜ Fix non-working resizing
➜ Test in IE7/8
➜ Test in native ExtJS mode, without the backwards-compatibility mode, 
which does not really provide any backwards compatibility
