✔ Fix module menu. However, one js error related to the module store is 
still raised.

➜ Migrate the iframe panels: panels remain blank and modules are not 
loaded because no iframe is created. bodyCfg is used to configure the 
iframe element, but this config property does not exist anymore in ExtJS 4.
➜ Migrate trees: the class structure for trees is much changed in ExtJS 
4, and trees must be defined using tree node stores.
➜ Consider getting rid of custom resizer. ExtJS 4 provides resizing on 
any component.
