✔ Fix listeners established on the RTE iframe document being
   collected as garbage by ExtJS 4.
✔ Fix various other small issues.


☠ BE skin (ext-all-typo3) is missing some selectors, ie, dialogue
    windows are missing the close tool image in the upper right corner.
    Checkboxes and radio buttons in dialogue windows are non working in
    BE, probably due to the same issue.
☠ In Firefox but not in Chrome, prototype.js is interfering with the
    handling of hot keys by Ext.util.KeyMap.

➜ Test in IE8, Safari, IE7 and Opera.
➜ Test in native ExtJS 4 mode, without the backwards-compatibility
    mode.
