✔ Fix issues with sizing of iframes.
✔ Complete migration of acronym plugin.
✔ Complete migration of customizable colours widgets.
✔ Fix issues with refresh of combo boxes in Insert/edit abbreviation
   and Insert tag plugins.
✔ Fix various skin issues in BE.

♫ RTE now working in BE in Firefox and Chrome. Down to 3 known issues:

➜ Listeners established on the RTE iframe document eventually stop
    listening after some time...
➜ BE skin (ext-all-typo3) is missing some selectors, ie, dialogue
    windows are missing the close tool image in the upper right corner.
➜ Checkboxes and radio buttons in dialogue windows are non working in
    BE, probably due to previous issue.
➜ Test in IE8, Safari, IE7 and Opera.
➜ Test in native ExtJS 4 mode, without the backwards-compatibility
    mode.
