✔ Test in IE8, Safari, IE7 and Opera. Fix issues arising in IE8, IE7
    and Opera.
✔ Test in native ExtJS 4 mode, without the ExtJS 3 compatibility
    feature, and fix issues arising in this mode.

♫ RTE migration to ExtJS 4 completed, except for the following
   outstanding issues:

☠ BE skin (ext-all-typo3) is missing some selectors, ie, dialogue
    windows are missing the close tool image in the upper right corner.
    Checkboxes and radio buttons in dialogue windows are non working in
    BE, probably due to the same issue.
☠ Handling of hot keys by Ext.util.KeyMap is incorrect.
☠ Unlink icon overlaps link icon in toolbar.
☠ Link insertion dialog is not opening correctly in FE.
