✔ Migrate BE live search (except help).
✔ Fix migration issues in date and time picker.
✔ Extend Ext.tree.column (partial) and fix page tree not being rendered.

♫ While the page tree is not yet working with all its features, it is at 
least showing up and the page and list modules can be loaded.

➜ Get review from Steffen Ritter regarding tree migration.
➜ Fix page tree rendering and events listening issues.
➜ Fix BE top toolbar menus being hidden behind the content frame.
➜ Migrate page tree drag & drop feature.
➜ Migrate live search help.
➜ Consider getting rid of custom resizer. ExtJS 4 provides resizing on 
any component.
