✔ Fix tree not loading: not yet rendering correctly.

➜ Migrate page tree node rendering (nodeui.js).
➜ Migrate page tree drag & drop feature.
➜ Consider getting rid of custom resizer. ExtJS 4 provides resizing on 
any component.
