To avoid the next misunderstanding, what is cleanup structure of css / improve it?
Currently Jan´s template is fixed to 1024 which from the point of accessibility and usability could be improved. So does cleanup / improve include make it scalable? Scalable means left and right column keep fixed size as is and the middle column is scalable.  The green part would reach up to the right edge of the screen, the logo would be on the right side always having the same distance to the right edge.

The hacks in the css structure may be removed and replaced by clean valid css?

Just to emphasize, I don´t want to change any designs that are already discussed and agreed, I want to contribute technical (valid css / xhtml) and usability / accessibility improvements.
