[Typo3-marketing] SAP connectors

We have an example which makes use of files as exchange format with "fester 
satzlänge". It's not a real live connection though... And it's not possible 
to name that client in public, as they don't want it. Still interesting ? 
Probably not. It would just be a case on the technical solution, which is 
not so special really... Files are generated by SAP, saved at some common 
filebase and read every X hours by Typo3...
