Hi Andreas,

I'm not really into marketing but am member of the communication committee of
the recently founded TYPO3 Association, so maybe I can answer some of your
questions.

Generally typo3.com is marketing-related, intended for those who want to know
what TYPO3 is (consumers, agencies, ...), while typo3.org is the developer
resource acting as a tool for developers and a repository of documentation.

We are currently thinking about how to restructure both typo3.com and
typo3.org to fit our current needs also taking the TYPO3 Association into
account.

It surely has not been considered at the current designs, but I think it will
be respected in the upcoming redesign of typo3.com. As for typo3.org I
haven't analyzed yet if there are any problems and how we would solve them.

The domains are owned by Kasper Skårhøj, controlled by the TYPO3 Association
and hosted at netfielders solutions and ELIOS.

Yes, why not ...

Cheers,
