What exactly do you consider a stringent end-to-end structure? Do you have
any reference FOSS brands/systems?

Robert is right, a WAI compliant version is in the making.

Time for some answers:
What target group do you believe to know best and what is the information
need for this group? Do you have any numbers of it's buying potential and
what it's key success factors are?
