[Typo3-marketing] TYPO3.com refresh references

Maybe a link-checker could be implemented. It could be run every month or
so. It basically fopen's a page and checks for the typo3-header...

The more easy thing would be to do that when showing the pages. As they are
cached, that's no problem I guess. We could write a little
link-checker-class which does that. So if you are going to show extensions,
you have to put in a switch with the link-checker-call to verify it.

Sounds pretty simple, we'd have to change the references for the call. Any
feedback if we should go for it ? Michael can take care of it on monday. We
could also put it into the extension straight away if that's no problem.

2 Alternatives:
A: separate script which is going through the table each month. If there is
a false, it'll be put into the references table. It'd be possibleto just
extend the SQL of the references plugin so that it takes care of it.

B: Calling the linkchecker every time it's going to be displayed. I guess it
slows down the pages, I'd prefer version A.
