[Typo3-marketing] TYPO3.com refresh references

I was wondering if there's any control on the references people and 
companies put on typo3.com. Currently I'm checking the entrees of my 
Dutch collegaes and see a lot of sites without an URL. I then track down 
the site only to discover that 40% are no TYPO3 sites, how about that?
Can't we start with making the URL required and have some control on 
publication?
