[Typo3-marketing] TYPO3.com refresh references

I would also like to see some quality control. When checking for educational
references on typo3.com, I noticed some that weren't even educational
institutions and then I realized that some people were posting their
references in several different categories or in some cases, putting their
references in all the categories, even if they didn't belong in there. It
just makes it more difficult to find the references you are looking for.
