I can give you the login of our account but it's all in Dutch...

That's only the case with medium companies in my experience, the big ones
expect a good product, services, flexibility and support.

Let's deal with that after we have about 7-10 companies willing and able to
join?

I opt for active marketing

That's where I see the difference, on Typo3.com we let everybody represent
themselfes threw the same standard form. For Typo3consultancy.com I would
like to target the big companies, governments, NGO's etc. Here I would like
to have only solid Typo3 companies that are active in the community,
contribute extentions and money to Kasper and with a track record that
contains succesfull jobs for big companies, governments, NGO's etc, so that
we have a really strong reference list.

We could incorporate in our 'super Typo company' a standard 5% (or
something) Kasper fee. On the other hand then it would be very usefull if he
could make some core-changes now and then when we ask it (like the
versioning) cause this could help us a lot and so generate sufficient income
for him. I know now that Kasper works one day a week for himself, maybe he
could join us and do it there?

I'm working for the Edu distribution on something that I cannot share with
you guys in this stadium but when it succeeds it wil have a major impact on
our Edu thingy and it will generate substantial sponsoring money to develop
things, plus it will do lots and lots (and lots and lots) of good for Typo3
in the US and worldwide.
For this purpose I would like to introduce somebody to our Mailinglist so he
can see what's going on and also he will give us input on education and our
Edu.sub. He's name is Jean Dorff, he's European Strategy and Productline
Manager of the educational division of Texas Instruments. There're only two
people between him and the CEO of TI.
I gave him the adress to subscribe so he will join the list this week. Ok
for you guys?
I saw the complete list of subscribers but most of them don't react on the
list, even while we're talking about the consultancy stuff which is pretty
important I guess. So I suggest that once we've set-up the procedure for how
to list everybody on .com, we just invite everybody to register. But for our
international consultancy firm I suggest that we form a commision from
active members on the list and review all companies ourselfes to decide who
we want on that project. Because I see it as not being a community activity
but a joint venture between the strongest Typo companies to create new
business in fields where we have lot to gain...the top of the market.
