This is why the NRW UG thought about a real co-operative. It's easier to act
accordingly when you have the feeling that it's not just some people you
pull a fast one on but your own company. Each member decides about the
amount of share but even a small amount will give you at least the feeling
that you are one of the owners.

Well, this question is just a rhetorical one, isn't it? There definitely
have to be active marketing campaigns. Anybody has to decide if he can
participate by creating marketing material (Design, Text, Layout, Print) or
spend some money for the finishing production. Creation has to be equivalent
to sponsoring so that active producers will pay smaller amounts than passive
sponsors. Another possibility would be that everybody pays the same amount
and the producers get some money back for their work. And of course we need
a website. Any ideas for a brand or a domain-name?

Well, since it's nearly impossible to get a proof of ones competence and
since the term "competence" is very diffuse I guess we are bound to just
trust each other. But there should be the possibility to count people out
again when they don't act in a competent manner.

This is another good reason to bring in kind of a franchise system. When you
have current receipts you can calculate with it will be easier for Kasper
and other core developers since they won't depend on voluntary donations
anymore.
