[Typo3-linux] Urgent help for a typo3 noob!

1) Have you checked the requirements - does your server comply?
2) Is the old site still accessible? If so do a mysqldump and tar the whole
of the /www/ folder
3) wget this file to the new server and enter the install tool at:
domain.com/typo3/install/
4) Work through it checking file permissions and imagemagic locations.
5) It will really help stop problems if safe mode is off.
6) Remember to check the database settings and to import the .sql file into
the db.
7) Then visit the back end at domain.com/typo3/ and login using the same
user/password as the old site
