[Typo3-linux] attempts to open quickstart site fails

Just fixed something very similar to that, so maybe this will help.
Make sure your mysql user has all the proper permissions, mine was
missing a few, so i added those permissions, and re-imported the
database, and now i have the testsite up and running.
