[Typo3-linux] attempts to open quickstart site fails

Thanks. That worked for me too. Database user must be
username:password:localhost. I also gave the database user full permissions,
but I hope that isn't actually necessary.
Database permissions for typo3 database user are all permissions: localhost.
This worked for me. "any" does not work for host.
