[TYPO3-german] 4.4.0beta2 kein CSS im Backend

We have inserted this

<FilesMatch "\.js\.gzip$">
  AddType "text/javascript" .gzip
</FilesMatch>
<FilesMatch "\.css\.gzip$">
  AddType "text/css" .gzip
</FilesMatch>
AddEncoding gzip .gzip

we have also checked for allowOverwrite = ALL

we cleared the Browser Caches
we have deactivated the site compression

But we still have the same problem in Backend

and in Frontend none of the t3jquery JQuery Extensions or Language Switcher
is working
