[Typo3-german] strange multisite behaviour: missing adminPanel for all but first domain

hi!
has anyone of you experienced this ever before:

when you create a multisite environment on a single t3 installation like 
this
w1.example.com
w2.example.com
[...]
and assign the appropriate T3 domain records and needed templates, only the 
first configured domain w1,example.com shows up the admin panel (with 
page.config.admPanel = 1). for all other domains, it isn't displayed 
anymore...
is this a feature or a bug???

tested with T3 3.8 on both windows and unix.
