[Typo3-german] Making PlugIn / get Information from Templa Voila

Hi,
i am new in working with typo3. Actually i am making an PlugIn. 
There are many sites created with the extension Templa Voila. 
Now I want to load this PlugIn to every generated site. To get the plugin work right it  needs always the pageId from the site and the database connection. but in which way can i get these informations?
