Hi Anupam,

I am also not able to use older version of Typo3 and stuck on ENABLE_INSTALL_TOOL Even if i create file for same location. i found one thing due to i am use new xampp its use sql_mode=NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION,STRICT_TRANS_TABLES .

Is it any problem for that or due to some other problem ?
