[TYPO3-english] Typo 3 Opportunities

As Tonix said, pointing out the obvious and complaining are two 
different things. I would love to contribute, i even made some attempts 
to do so, but all i ever get is being pointed to another person or get 
an answer that the current time is not appropriate.
