[TYPO3] [typo3]add keywords to page and according to keywords automatically give a linklist

hallo everybody
 
I would like to add some keywords to pages and system can automatically create a list of pages according to the keywords.
 
e.g.
 
Page1 have keywords NEW,   HOT
Page2 have keywords HOT,   Secret
 
system can create different linklist according to different keywords
 
when HOT, a page includes two links, page1 and page2
when NEW, a page includes only the link of page1.
 
how can i implement the required function? It is very importent to me. Thanks very much for your kind help
