[TYPO3] indexed_search default value for tx_indexedsearch[type]

folks,
I cannot find where the default value of tx_indexedsearch[type] is set up.
It's default value is 1 , which is part of words, the one that does not 
use indexes.
I need to change it to 0, or at least to 3 ( last part of word )

I cannot find where to change it.
