[TYPO3] menu question

Hello,

I have this TS :

[treeLevel = 3]
lib.prev = HMENU
lib.prev {
   wrap = <div class="prev-d">|</div>
   special = browse
   special.items = prev
   special.items.prevnextToSection = 0
   special.prev.fields.title = <img 
src="fileadmin/template/images/vorige.png">Vorige
   1 = TMENU
   1.NO.linkWrap = |
}
[GLOBAL]

# next
[treeLevel = 3]
lib.next = HMENU
lib.next {
   wrap = <div class="next-d">|</div>
   special = browse
   special.items = next
   special.items.prevnextToSection = 0

But now i only see the prev or the next text but not together.
Wat is wrong here ?
