[TYPO3] ext key for Localization Manager demoed in Kasper's Podcast?

In Kasper's podcast "Localize Your Website, Bob" He spends the second 
half demonstrating his extension "Localization Manager."  The only 
extension I have found is t3_locmanager, but it's by someone else, so I 
don't think it's the same one.

Could someone confirm that, or mention the extension key for the 
Localization Manager that Kasper mentioned in his podcast?
