[TYPO3] News permissions error - Sorry, you didn't have proper permission s to perform this change.

Hello,

I've been testing typo 4 beta 3 on a redhat 4.0 AS server. I'm going
through testing the News extension ver. 2.2.24. I log in using an admin
account, and can create all records just fine. Except for news records. 

To insert the news record, I click on Web-List- and click on the Storage
Folder-Create new record. From there, choose News. When I click on Save,
it gives me this error message:

Sorry, you didn't have proper permissions to perform this change.

Since this is an admin account, why wouldn't I be able to post a news
item? Are there separate permissions for the news?
