[TYPO3] update extensins for TYPO3 4.0

Hi List,

How does the new TER2 function for TYPO3 4.0? There must be a 'hidden'
feature to update the extensions. I can't seem to find that. I remember
this being mentioned before, but couldn't find the post again.
