[TYPO3] How do I get the TER2 working in 4.0beta3

If i goto Extension Manager and try to List or Look up an extension 
through the TER2 all I got is 'No matching extensions found.'

If I try to connect to the current mirror and retrieve the current list 
of available plugins from the TYPO3 Extension Repository, by clicking 
the Retrieve/Update button I got some Mysql warnings, and this Error: 
The extension list could not be fetched from http://extensions.xml.gz

How exactly is the TER2 suppose to work?
