[TYPO3] How do I get the TER2 working in 4.0beta3

Go to 'ext. Manager' / 'Settings' first,
Select a URL from the mirror-list,
then update; Now it should work.

If not, enter
   http://typo3.org/fileadmin/ter/
in field 'Enter repository URL:'
